Refund and Cancellation Policy

Please note any payments made by thecustomer with respect to any service received by seychellescompanyregistration.com(SCR) upon the payment made for such service will not be refundable norcreditable for any reason whatsoever under any circumstance. However, thecustomer may become eligible for a refund in certain circumstances. The refundmay be considered if the following conditions are met:

Company Incorporation Service

The customer will receive a full refundminus the incoming/payment gateway fees if all the below conditions are met

• SCR is unable to incorporate the company for the customer. AND
• SCR has received all the documents (including identity &     other documents) from the customer required as per the due diligence in     the respective jurisdictions where the client has paid to incorporate the     company.

Bank Account Opening Service and OtherServices

The provision of the corporate/personalbank account is at the sole discretion of the bank, subject to thorough duediligence as per the bank's policies, and does not depend on the SCR team. Theamount received towards the bank account opening assistance and other serviceswill not be refundable for any reason whatsoever under any circumstance.

For a refund (if applicable), the customermust raise the refund request by sending an email to info@seychellescompanyregistration.com.Upon receiving your mail, the Management at SCR will decide whether to processyour request for a refund, considering the reasons for such a request. Pleasenote that SCR reserves the right to make the final and binding decisionregarding refund requests.

The refund will be processed to the PaymentMethod charged at the time of the original sale, and SCR has absolutely nocontrol over the timeline for the process of issuing the refund by the paymentprovider. The customer should further acknowledge and agree that the paymentprovider and/or issuing bank associated with your Payment Method establish and regulatethe time frames for processing your refund. SCR will refund you by the samepayment method to the original card/bank account you used to pay for the service.If the original card/bank account and Payment Method are unavailable, then SCRwill need an alternative bank account whose owner is the same as the one whopaid for the service to proceed with the refund.
